Bellini Baby Terms and Conditions

Please note that all transactions on this website are conducted in British Pound (£1) Sterling.

All baskets and hampers shown on this website are considered as a gift service and include VAT at the standard rate.

All orders will be despatched promptly as arranged with purchaser. We cannot guarantee a delivery time (ie morning or afternoon) - if this is required we must ship "Express" which incurs an additional charge over and above the charges noted.

All goods remain the property of Bellini Baby until paid for in full.

All damages and breakages must be notified to us immediately.

Any damaged goods must be returned to us for credit or replacement.

Bellini Baby retains the right to substitute with like items of equal or greater value without notice.

We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18.

Bellini Baby cannot ship alcohol to the USA or Canada because of customs import restrictions - other items will be substituted to equal value in place of any alcohol within the baskets or hampers.

Although we endeavour to ship to most countries, we reserve the right to refuse shipments to countries where additional hidden costs are incurred, or where political instability makes shipping precarious.

Any customs or import duties levied once the gift package has reached your destination country will be your responsibility as Bellini Baby has no control over these charges and cannot predict these charges.

Bellini Baby cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if the recipient is unavailable at the attempted time of delivery, or if the supplied delivery address is incorrect. If the supplied address is incorrect or if for any other reason the goods are returned to Bellini Baby, then Bellini Baby reserves the right to make an additional shipping charge should the customer wish to re-ship the order.

During the Christmas season and other busy periods, although every effort will be made to comply with delivery date requests, we cannot guarantee specific dates or times.

Please note that any props used for photographic purposes are not included in the gift baskets unless stated in the contents list.
